Festival:

Pacific-UK Festival

The Pacific-UK Festival is a celebration of the Pacific and UK cultures that blend to create the foundation of the sport of va’a in the UK.

Talks & Workshops

Throughout the World Championships, there will be talks and workshops related to va'a and the water environments around the world the sport is practiced in.

The range of topics is wide and currently include: "how to rig"; boat building; ukulele; haka; Morris Dancing; Bagpipes and Hawaii. Key to the Festival is providing a space for our Ohana to share their knowledge and culture.
